Harmony and Healing: A Community Wellness Arts Activation Comes to the Strand Theatre

Boston’s vibrant arts and wellness communities will come together for Harmony and Healing:
A Community Wellness Arts Activation, a two-night immersive experience at the historic Strand
Theatre in Dorchester. This powerful event blends conversation, creativity, and community
engagement to explore how the expressive arts can uplift, connect, and heal.
Produced by We Move in Color Collaborative, Inc. in partnership with the Roxbury Presbyterian Church Social Impact Center, this activation is designed as a transformative space where art meets purpose and community meets restoration.
Wednesday, June 17 — Panel Discussion and; “Can We Talk…” Experience
The opening night centers on dialogue and reflection through a dynamic panel discussion and interactive “Can We Talk…” session, moderated by:

Thursday, June 18 — Performing Arts Activation
The second night shifts into a full sensory experience, showcasing the power of the performing arts. Audiences will be immersed in an electrifying blend of:

- Poetry
- Visual Art
This evening is designed to move hearts and bodies alike—offering vibrancy, motivation, and a
shared sense of renewal through artistic expression.
A Community-Centered Collaboration
